Only positive feedback! I found the service to be very efficient, and am very pleased with my purchases. One suggestion is to tell your customers that signature may be required (not sure if there is a minimum amount or this is true for all orders)-- my package arrived on a Sunday (which was great, but not expected) just as I was leaving to catch a train.

I have receive the new monogram denim neo cabby and the matching wallet. I love it!! and also thank you for the beautiful wallet.
the only part that wasn't too good is the denim without the lv logo. the part that holds the handle. the fabric(denim) is sown alittle off the line. and i thought the strip is long enough to go across the shoulder. but unfortunately it's a little short. Everything else is good. i have referred so many of my friends and they have bought from Top1handbag also. I will keep buying from Top1handbag. infact, what is my discount for the feedback? because i see another purse i would like to order again. thank you for doing business with Top1handbag again!

The problem i had, is that i paid an extra charge of 78 euros for customs, something that i was not informed for.
Can you explain to me, why that happened, and how can i avoid these extra charges? If i had used another shipping method, what would cost to me?
Is there any possibility to have extra discound in my next order.
